Those who are requesting for off on 31/12/14 & 1/1/2015,I'm sorry to say that not all request will be given.Priority will be given to those who worked last year Dec 31st and 1st Jan 2014. Then only followed by the others request.This is been practised for years.Thank You.

Dear Frens, we are facing alot of probs with the HOs.As the numbers increases,its hard to monitor them. Also they tend to mismanage patients alot. Please be more careful as end of day, you guys will be responsible for their wrongdoing. Be stern and make sure they discuss the cases with you and also you guys examine the patient by yourself as you cannot trust their findings always. Make sure no junior HO refer cases to other department. TNX

Rules for Roster

Hi All.

Welcome to this edhppmedicalofficer.blogspot.com site created for Our Department Medical Officer Roster Request.

From March onwards we will use this blog to put the Roster Request.With this blog created, we hope that we can create fair roster for everyone. We hope everyone will work together as a team,friend and mentor and create a better working environment.There are rules to be followed in this blogsite in order to make a better roster to everyone. Those who are not following the rules, their request may not be entertained.

We will try to publish roster on a 2 weekly basis.

RULES:

1.This blog will be open from 1st - 15th of each month.

2.Everyone is requested to put their request for next coming month.

3.Request submitted after the 15th will NOT be entertained. 

4.Priority is given to the Department activities followed by courses,standby then only the leave requests.

5.The leave request will be given the priority according to this sequences:

   i) Those who applied earlier

   ii) Importance of the leave eg. Getting married, Engagement, Overseas trip

6.Overseas trip must get permission from Head Of Department 6 weeks before the trip

   - submision of the leave request together with the outstation form

7.Not More than 2 Medical Officer are allowed to take leave at the same time.However if there are more than 2 leave request for the same period, approval may be granted by the administrator.

8.Once the roster is published, no changes are allowed unless prior approval by the administrator.

9.Those who not attending CME more than twice (2) in a month, will not have their request for next month approved.
10.Festival Season leave will only be given to those who is celebrating the festival.The approval for other's leave depends on the MO pool during the festival.
