2016 is just around the corner. Hope everyone start targetting for new year resolutions.
Starting from January we will implement the compulsory CME attendence in order to achieve the required hours.
I expect once the roster is published,the leave form should be summitted ASAP.
The C & P forms will be ready by midweek of December,so start anticipating. TNX

December Request

Request For November

Hi guys. Just a reminder,Deepavali is just around the corner in November. So those celebrating will be given priority to apply leave. Others r not allowed to apply leave during this period of time.Thanks for understanding. Happy working.

October Request

Dear MOs,Happy working.Currently we have abt 30mos.Hope can work together. Few things to highlight.
When applying leave,make sure it doesnt clash wth other mo's festival celebration. All the leave during festival will be freezed except for those who r celebrating.Even if u have applied earlier or bought the ticket. The answer will be SORRY.

August Request

1.Dear friends,kindly complete ur medical reports on time.I have assigned Tan Yee Ping to help in monitoring and informing.

2.Our numbers have increased to 27.Im giving everyone atleast one slot of dept Locum per MO.Currently the trend is,ther are few who is not doin and giving away to others.If this continues,i will not give the locum slot to those who are not interested for coming months.

3.Proper REFERRAL LETTER must be used and proper information should be given when referring to clinics.DON'T use memo.Remember,Houseofficer cant sign the referral letter.

4.MC for Dept staffs including MO & HO can only be issued by Registrar or Specialist.Make sure the staff registers at the counter.

July Request

We are trying to increase the MO numbers as much as possible in order to reduce the burdens.But when applying for leaves,make sure not more than 2 people requesting at the same time. this including weekend offs on the weekend.We need to be fair for others also.Others also ned to be given weekend off on weekend.

2ndly, for Hari Raya festival,only those celebrating(malay) allowed to take leaves.Other not allowed.

Request for May 2015

1.Dear friends,e-hrmis system is been implemented for anual leave and Pengarah Office is being very    strict and monitoring every depts. So summit your leave forms 10 days before the roster is               

   published even if your leave is rejected or ajdusted,Later the leave forms can be corrected.

2. In May we might be short of MOs if all our Master Candidate got their placements,So try not to 

    apply leave more than 2 people at the same time. Tnx

April Month Request

Guys,here are few things to be highlighted.

1. All the patient's cards must be signed and chopped in every zone.
2.All the death cases (DID), make sure the BDM form must be signed and chopped
3.Make sure patient's card not left empty unless CNA. And all the CNA cases must be given to PPP
   incharge.
4.We are trying to make sure the numbers of MO per shift is not less than 4 in order everyone can          enjoy working in our dept . So co-operation needed from all of you,no changes or request after the      roster is published.
5. ALL the EL are currently be monitored by Dr Teo. Unnessesary ELs are not allowed.
