Request For January 2015

Dear friends,we are approaching christmas and new year.Advance Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
Those who are requesting for off on 31/12/14 & 1/1/2015,I'm sorry to say that not all request will be given.Priority will be given to those who worked last year Dec 31st and 1st Jan 2014. Then only followed by the others request.This is been practised for years.Thank You.

      Sorry boss...
      May I request week off on 22nd(Thurs) and 27th (Tues)...need some week off day on week day to settle ROM stuff...besides...
      Still dun have the update of interview....will update as soon as possible once we get the information...
      If the interview is on Saturday...will need one day travel...and might need some off day after that to get stuff for ROM also.....really sorry as cant confirm the interview date...thanks again and sorry!!

      Just got update from Dr Teo...Interview on 7th Jan 2014,
      6th Jan Traveling Day
      7th Jan Interview
      8th-10th Jan On leave or CG-need to stay in KL to settle ROM stuff...legal documentation
      11th Jan PM Shift/Night Shift
      17th Jan Ummi and Lutfi wedding-can be post night/night shift/week off/CG---just no morning/pm shift
