Request For November

Hi guys. Just a reminder,Deepavali is just around the corner in November. So those celebrating will be given priority to apply leave. Others r not allowed to apply leave during this period of time.Thanks for understanding. Happy working.

    4-9/11 : leave
    10&11/11 : week off & CG

      12th&13th - night shift ( if double night shifts to be applied )
      20th & 25th - post night off or weekoff ( over night locum at Adv. Hospital ) - thanks and sorry for the inconvenience caused.
