April Request 2016

Dear friends, need to highlight few issues here.

1. Please summit your leave form/ EL form or MC immediately after the roster is published
2. Summit your request by 15th of every month.
3. Try not to give MC to other dept staffs more than 1 day. If really needed then please consult with
    your specialist or registar before issuing. The other dept HOD have requested us to be more
    careful in giving MCs.
4. There are few newcomers in our dept that need proper guidence.Please assist them.
5, Don't keep any of your documents on my table :eg MC or Leave Form without informing.If it get       misplaced,i'm not  resposible.
6. IF you are planning for to any course or exam by yourself, do inform and give the call                         letter.Without the call letter i cannot approve your Kursus Leave.
