Request For July

Hi guys,

1.July month is Raya Month. So during the festival period,only those celebrating will be given
   priority in the request.

2. 13.7 - 15.7 there is National level Course.So no leave request will be entertained

3. As i have said before,in order to make sure every MO is given off on Sat & Sun equally, MO is allowed to request for only one weekend(Sat & Sun). And also make sure not majority is taking off on the same week. If u r requesting more than 1 weekends off. Ur request will not be 
entertained.THIS IS TO BE FAIR FOR EVERYONE

    if possible kindly entertain late request. i have 2 week off owing(week 4-10 and week 11-17).
    requesting off on 18, 19 and 20(week off). i need to go back to kelantan to settle a few things that just come up. thanks
